Refund & Return Policy

We strive to bring you the best service possible and have a 30 day return policy.

We grant full refunds in the event of fulfillment mistakes, errors in the description or tracking-verified shipping issues. For any of these issues, we grant a full refund without a restocking fee.  

In the event that you want to make a return, The item must be in new condition, unworn, unused, etc. with the red "Order Verified" tag attached. Please keep in mind a restocking fee of 20% for wrong size, change of heart, or finding it elsewhere for a lower price etc. will be deducted from the refund amount. 

If the red "Order Verified" tag is removed a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from refund amount.

Any return request that is received after 30 days from original delivery date will be rejected. 

The item must also be returned with all original packaging and tags attached or the return will be rejected and returned to you. 

If you have used this item, it does not meet the policies for return and we cannot accept it.

Make sure to double box your shoes so as not to cause any damage to the shoes.

Make sure not to place any tape on the shoe box itself.

Everything we sell is 100% authentic and we stand behind everything we sell. We photograph all orders during shipping and due to growing scams and concerns with online return abuse, if we receive a different item than the item we shipped we will not issue a refund.
